Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SEB) is a Swedish bank, focussed on corporate and private banking. It describes itself as the leading corporate and investment bank in the Nordic countries; it services some four million customers. The bank was founded by and is controlled by the powerful Swedish Wallenberg family through their investment company Investor AB. SEB offers a wide range of financial services in Sweden and the Baltic countries. In Denmark, Finland, Norway, Germany and United Kingdom the bank's operations focus on corporate and investment banking.
