Bank of Nanjing is a joint-stock commercial bank that was established in 1996. Services offered by the bank include the following: internet banking; foreign exchange; structured financing; credit facilities; project loans; bond underwriting; home loans; and wealth management. In 2005 it welcomed BNP Paribas as a strategic partner. The bank was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2007.
