On March 28, 2025, MilieuDefensie delivered the summons to ING. The summons, together with almost 10.000 pages of evidence, is a legal document with all our arguments and our demands for ING and the Amsterdam district court. This moment marks the official, legal start for MilieuDefensie's (Friends of the Earth – the Netherlands) climate case against ING.

At this moment, there is no English translation available of the full summons. MilieuDefensie will publish this in a few weeks. Until that time, MilieuDefensie wants to refer you to the following documents:

>> Read the summons in Dutch here
>> Read the short summary of 6 pages in English here
>> Read the long summary of 26 pages in English here

This notice was originally published on MilieuDefensie's website here.
