The Bank of Beijing was established in January 1996. It is a joint-stock commercial bank and has offices throughout China, including Shanghai, Xi'an, Hangzhou, Tianjin, and a representative office in Hong Kong. In 2007 it became publicly listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The bank offers financial services to both individual and corporate clients.
