Fri Mar 28 2025 10:00 AM (UTC+1) Amsterdam, Netherlands Action

On March 28th at 10:00, Milieudefensie and co-plaintiffs will jointly deliver the summons to ING.

Milieudefensie (Friends of the Earth Netherlands) will begin the climate case against on March 28th at 10am at Hoekrodenplein, Bijlmer Arena Station, Amsterdam with the delivery of the summons. All are invited to join.

Milieudefensie: "Together with co-plaintiffs, our lawyers, climate scientists and everyone who joins us, we are making it loud and clear: enough is enough! ING keeps pouring money into polluting companies, even into oil and gas companies that are starting new projects. That is why we are providing ING with a thick package of evidence, together with our demands. In this way we show how ING is exacerbating the climate crisis and that the bank must take responsibility."
