From mines to wind farms, projects on Sámi lands are being funded by financial institutions that don’t see the full picture. It’s time to change that.

We are excited to announce the release of our new guide: "From Risks to Rights: A Financial Advocacy Guide."

Created specifically for Sámi, this handbook decodes complex financial systems and equips our communities to hold banks accountable when green economy and industrial projects threaten Sápmi.

“We hope this handbook will support Indigenous Peoples across Sápmi and beyond to strengthen their advocacy skills, defend their land rights, and engage with financial institutions in ways that bring about meaningful change"
- Per-Olof Nutti, President of Saami Council

Download the guide and learn how to map financiers and leverage your rights.
