BankTrack is a horizontal membership based network with a simple and transparent organizational structure.

The steering committee oversees the development of the network, in line with the strategic work plan adopted at the annual strategy meetings. It also oversees the functioning fo the secretariat and its staff and is in charge of strategic decision making on financial matters.

The committee consists of representatives of several BankTrack member groups. As of April 2012, the steering committee consists of:

The BankTrack foundation is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce as a not-for profit foundation under Dutch law (Nr. 30198568). It acts as the legal entity in charge of the secretariat and employs BankTrack staff. You can find our statutes under 'documents' on your right. The Foundation is governed by a Board that consists of Michelle Chan (Chair) Andreas Missbach (Secretary) and Andrea Baranes (Treasurer).

BankTrack is coordinated from a small secretariat located in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. The secretariat ensures every day work progress within the network and acts as external contact point. You can find profiles of our secretariat staff here.
